This embodied practise opens the door to unlock the secrets of our soul. Through transformational breathwork you make room and allow the unprocessed emotions to rise, layer by layer, releasing trauma, reconditioning the body and returning you to who you are.

You show up for yourself, choosing more peace and stillness in every moment, you use the power of conscious connected breath to feel and truly heal, honouring the emotional intelligence that resides within us all.

Sound Healing
& Cacao Ceremony

A night to gather in deep loving connection and rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit with sacred vibrational medicine! The moon cycles invite us to use our conscious attention to renew and anchor in new ways of being, replacing old patterns that no longer serve us. As ancient wisdom is remembered, we recognise and ignite the power of sitting together in ceremony to focus our attention, elevate our emotions and call in a New Earth, together.

Our bodies are a construct of vibration. Every part of the body has a healthy, signature frequency and when they are all coherently communicating in harmony, this is health. Disharmony is dis-ease - a lowering of vibration from its natural, harmonic, resonant state.
Constructive interference is when coherent sound waves (energy entrainment) are used during a sound healing to reharmonise and tune up the body back to its sound health.

Sonic nutrition includes:
- Quartz crystal bowls.
- Didgeridoo.
- Bansuri & Native American flute.
- African dundun.
- Ravast pan.
- Earth gong.
- Vocal toning in sanskrit.
- Music of the plants synthesiser.

Sacred ceremonial cacao is used to activate the heart chakra, connecting us deeply with ourselves and the healing frequencies of universal love. Through this plant medicine, anandamides bliss chemicals are released, inviting in radical self love to aid us through our sound healing journey.

Voice Activation Workshop

We’re excited to share this powerful offering, created to help you reconnect with your voice — not just as a tool for singing, but as a pathway to healing, confidence, and authentic self-expression. Your voice holds the ability to release fear, regulate the nervous system, and rewire old patterns that may have kept you small or unheard.

This workshop is for anyone who feels called to explore their voice — whether you love to sing, believe you “can’t sing,” or feel fear, tension, or anxiety around being heard. Through guided practices, sound, and supportive facilitation, you’ll be invited to gently expand your comfort zone and rediscover the freedom and empowerment that comes from expressing yourself fully.

Meet Your Facilitators
Ben and Sarah have spent over a decade sharing their passion for sound, chanting, and voice through workshops, retreats, and festivals. Ben, a multi-instrumentalist, works with sound as a tool for harmony and inner balance. Sarah, a self-taught singer and harmonium player, brings a deeply nurturing approach, helping others move beyond fear and into confident, authentic expression.

Together, they create a safe, inclusive space where you can explore, open, and reconnect with your voice.

No musical experience is needed — only a willingness to show up and explore.

Come and join Sarah & Ben at their beautiful New Earth Metta Space in Ninderry on the Sunshine Coast.

Sarah will guide you through a blend of hatha & flowing vinyasa and Ben will finish of the class with a restorative crystal bowl sound healing Savasana.
